INGREDIENTS: Rice, Tomatoes, Onions, Peas, Cream, Sweetcorn, Bell Pepper, Green Beans, Vegetable Oil, Couliflower, Tomato Puree, Tikka Massala Curry Paste (Vegetable oil, water, tomato paste, salt, coriander, turmeric, sugar, dried onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, desiccated coconut, maize starch, spices, acetic acid, dried coriander leaf, lactic acid, color (paprika extract)), Sugar, Garlic, Chilli.

PREPARATION: Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to just above line 5 (480ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

REMARKS:

Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.

The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
