How to buy:
Buying in our shop is very simple and you can choose the following options:
Through our website: Directly through our OnLine Shop 24 hours a day at www.ferrehogar.es
In our physical shop in Murcia: FerreHogar during our opening hours, location map.
By email: by sending an email to email@example.com indicating the quantity and reference of the product, contact person, delivery address and contact telephone number.
By phone: You can call us on (+34) 610-79-85-33 or (+34) 968 296 654 during customer service hours from Monday to Friday and Saturdays.
How to pay:
You can pay for your purchases with:
Visa or MaterCard: Cajamar virtual POS.
Bank transfer: to CAJAMAR, ES98 3058 0236 06 2810044677 indicating your order number.
Paypal, with an additional cost of 3.5%.
Cash on delivery, with an additional cost of 2.00% of the total for agency management fees. Valid only for Peninsula.
Shipping costs and delivery times:
Transport with Correos agency:
For shipments with Correos agency, delivery times are 48/72h from Monday to Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not computable.
Correos collects the goods from our facilities from Monday to Friday until 12:30 am, invoicing it around 5 pm of the same day, it is then when it should be counted up to 72 hours.
Example. An order that leaves our premises on Friday, will be within the delivery period until Wednesday of the following week, and may be delayed until Thursday.
For urgent orders, we recommend the choice of MRW, GLS or GLS 14H transport.
Transport with MRW agency:
FerreHogar.es guarantees delivery to the carrier, on the same day the order is placed, for all orders placed before 18H hours (Spanish time), provided they are in stock, and unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Delivery is guaranteed the next day.
Shipping costs are 4,65€ up to 5 KG for the rest of kilos consult, per order to the Peninsula. In each shipment will be sent a tracking code of the package.
Transport with GLS agency:
FerreHogar.es guarantees delivery to the carrier, on the same day the order is placed, for all orders placed before 17:00 hours (Spanish time), provided they are in stock, and unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The shipping costs are 4,65€ up to 1 Kgs, 4,80€ up to 3 kgs. for the rest of kilos please consult, per order to the Peninsula. In each shipment will be sent a tracking code of the package.
Shipments to Palma de Mallorca will be made by the specific transport for Palma de Mallorca Maritime (does not support gas product).
Transport with agency GLS 14h.
For orders placed from Monday to Thursday until 17h, will be delivered the next day in the morning time slot (9:00 A 14:00H). Only for peninsular shipments.
In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla VAT will not be charged (21%), however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. The total amount (excluding VAT) must be paid. Flammable materials and weapons are not shipped to the Islands.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made with CORREOS and the delivery time depends on CORREOS (the order can be delayed in customs from 10 to 15 days). An identification number of the shipment will be sent, provided by Correos for the tracking of the shipment. Cash on delivery is not allowed for this shipping method.
For products not available in stock, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 working days approximately.
Shipments to International destinations.
The exact amount of shipping costs will be calculated according to the final weight of your order. You can check it directly in the basket before confirming the order.
The prices indicated for shipping costs do not include possible additional costs for customs and taxes that in any case will be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods.
They may generate DUA expenses at destination.
Our customer service department has an after-sales service, to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer quick and efficient attention to our customers.
The manufacturers of the products we sell are solely responsible for the warranty and for providing the necessary technical and after-sales assistance in case you have any kind of incident with a product, you should contact the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) determined by each manufacturer.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this guarantee.
The diminished functionality of the articles, due to the limitations of their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
The warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase as detailed on the invoice and only covers the cost of repair or replacement of the product; all other costs arising from transport are excluded.
Returns and Exchanges:
The return period for a purchase is 14 days from receipt of the order.
You only have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, FerreHogar will accept the return of the product and will proceed by bank transfer of the amount of the product.
It is very important that you return the product(s) perfectly packaged.
In other cases, e.g.: Error in the order by the customer, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (treatments, tablets, sprays and similar).
The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories they contain, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise FerreHogar reserves the right to refuse the return.
You will be responsible for the return transport costs. You are free to choose the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates.
Once we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition, we will process the refund. We will refund the payment received from you, including the delivery charge. We will pay you back within 14 calendar days of you exercising your right of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
To make an exchange or return, you can do so by completing the withdrawal form or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that FerreHogar.es does not accept carriage forward shipments, so please contact us before making any changes.
