Burner to flambe cocktails, creams, sugar, cheeses, meats, sushi ...

The gas bottle attaches directly to the head.

Functioning:

1. 1. Only use B-250 butane gas cartridges or the same type of valve.
2. 2. Before installing the torch into the cartridge, make sure the knob is closed by turning the tap clockwise until resistance is encountered. DO NOT FORCE.
3. 3. Turn the cartridge clockwise until it is locked and securely assembled into the torch connector.
4. 4. Turn the knob or tap anti-clockwise a quarter turn, the torch will start to release gas. Press the button to turn on.
5. 5. If you have to use it upside down, wait 45 seconds after lighting the torch.

Off and Storage:

1. 1. Turn the knob to close. NOTE: The flame may still be lit, the torch has been used upside down.
2. 2. When the torch is cold, turn the cartridge anticlockwise to disconnect. Save torch and cartridge separately.
