Coghlans repair set rubber/vinyl 860BP

The Coghlan’s rubber repair kit works for on-the-spot repair of any vinyl, plastic or soft rubber items. With patches, scraper and adhesive.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Wipe vinyl plastic surface to be repaired with clean cloth.
2- For rubber repairs only roughen damaged area with metal buffer, then wipe surface with clean cloth.
3- Apply cement. Spread evenly over an area 50% larger than patch to be applied. Let dry 1 minute.
4- Use ready cut bevels for small repairs. For larger holes or tears, cut piece of patching material large enough to overlap injury 1.2 cm to 2.5 cm. For best results round corners.
5- Remove protective material from patch by tearing down the middle, remove half at a time . Do not touch adhesive surface. Centre patch over injury and press down firmly with thumbs or edge of coin to drive out trapped air.
6- For best results LET SET FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE USE.
