PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water (200ml), stir the contents and close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate.

REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in case of emergency, however, hydration time is much longer.
