INGREDIENTS: Milk, Cream, Porridge Oats, Sugar, Freeze Dried Diced Strawberry (0.4%).

PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (480ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait a minute for the food to re-hydrate.

REMARKS:

Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.

The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.

Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
